Facilities
Our plant is a dedicated distillation facility with 13 Acres of Land situated in B-11 MIDC,Thembhurni (Village), Sholapur (District),Maharashtra, and it is located on Hyderabad-Mumbai highway.
Our plant is a continuous distillation process facility, with design validation and process guarantee from M/s Sulzer Chemtech, Switzerland, with capacity of 1500 MT/pm.
We have valid CFO from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for setting up the plant with 15000 MT p.a.capacities. The unit is also registered with DIC, Sholapur. We have in house ETP facility with capacity of 40 cubic meters per day.
We have a competent lab equipped with all relevant instrumentation required for our process including an Agilent GC and a KF Titration.
Our Plant is totally operated on DCS supported by Honeywell systems.
Standards and Compliances
Our facility complies with GMP standards and can undertake distillation of solvents for Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries.
Our in house ETP facility with three stage biological treatment system with Zero Liquid Discharge Technology is equipped to handle 40 m3 of effluent everyday. It has the required clearance from Pollution Control Board.
We also have a comprehensive lab equipped with relevant instrumentation including Agilent GC.
